You can now pay your fines and traffic citations with Master Card or e-check through Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA). This service is available online 24 hours a day.

To make your payment online go to http://wicourts.gov.

• Click the “Quick Links” tab on the main page, then click “Pay fees/fines online”.
• Follow the directions supplied.
• A 2.75% fee for service will be added to Master Card payments.
• A $2.50 fee for service will be added to e-check payments.

OR

You may pay your fines and traffic citations with a Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover credit card through Government Payment Express. This service is available online or by telephone 24 hours a day.

You will need the following information to make your payment:

• Pay Location Code: 1648
• Payment amount
• Citation number OR Case number

• A $3.50 fee for service will be added to the amount of fees due if paid online.

To make your payment by telephone dial 1-888-604-7888.

• A $5.00 fee for service will be added to the amount of fees due if paid by telephone.
