Pursuant to Wis Stat. §8.10(2)(am) and 120.06(6)(b)3m, a notice of non-candidacy has been filed in the Office of County Clerk by William Winch, County Board Supervisor, District 9.
District 9 encompasses City of Wisconsin Rapids, Ward 6; Town of Hansen; Town of Seneca, Wards 1-3; Town of Sigel, Ward 1; & Village of Vesper.
