Job Details The Wood County Human Services Department has an opening for a full-time Long Term Care/Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) Manager position. The purpose of this position is to supervise, coordinate and manage the staff and operations of the Children Services, which includes: Family Support, Birth to Three, and Children Long-term Support Services. In addition, this position has management responsibility for Airport Avenue Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).

This position works closely with the other managers and supervisors within Human Services Department in order to ensure the mission of Human Services is met. Responsible for the clinical, fiscal, personnel services and ensures program compliance with all of the state and federal regulations.

Essential requirements include: Master’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; three to five years clinical experience in community developmental disability, with two to three years supervisory experience.
